Buying & Delivery

Do you deliver outside Accra?
Currently we offer free delivery within Accra. For deliveries outside Accra, contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it at a small fee depending on your location.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes! We accept cash on delivery for customers within Accra. You can also pay online securely via Paystack (card, mobile money).
How long does delivery take?
Same day or next day delivery within Accra for in-stock items. We will contact you to confirm after your order.
Can I order via WhatsApp?
Absolutely! Many of our customers order directly on WhatsApp. Just message us with the laptop you want and we will guide you through the process.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty do your laptops come with?
All laptops come with a TechChiefX warranty — most carry 3 months, some carry 1 year depending on the product. The warranty period is clearly shown on each product page.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers hardware faults that occur under normal use — things like display issues, battery problems, keyboard failures, etc. It does not cover physical damage caused by the buyer.
Can I return a laptop if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery if the product has a fault we missed. Change-of-mind returns are reviewed case by case — reach out to us on WhatsApp.

Products

What is the difference between New and Refurbished?
New laptops are brand new, unused units. Refurbished laptops are pre-owned units that have been professionally cleaned, tested, and certified by our team. Both come with warranty. Refurbished units save you money while still performing great.
Are the specs on the product pages accurate?
Yes — we manually verify and list the exact specs for every laptop. If you have any doubt, message us and we will confirm before you buy.
Do all laptops come with Windows installed?
Most laptops come with Windows 10 or Windows 11 installed. This is clearly shown in the specs on the product page. A few may ship without OS — this will be noted.
What is the free 128GB USB offer?
Every laptop purchase includes a free 128GB USB flash drive at no extra cost. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing TechChiefX!

Repairs & Services

How do I book a laptop repair?
Visit our Booking page, fill in your details and preferred date, and we will contact you to confirm. You can also book directly on WhatsApp.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours. Complex issues may take longer — we will always keep you updated.
Do you offer student project help?
Yes! We support students with final year projects, thesis websites, IT assignments and programming work. Message us on WhatsApp with your project details.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa/Mastercard via Paystack, and cash on delivery within Accra.
Is it safe to pay online on your site?
Yes — our site uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed by Paystack, Ghana's leading and most trusted payment gateway. Your card and MoMo details are never stored on our servers.
